There are some women in the world who have all the luck and there are others who are not so lucky, especially when it comes to the ever lasting battle with body weight. While some women seem to be able to eat whatever they want and do very little exercise, yet still manage to look fantastic, there are others who have to watch what they eat and exercise on a regular basis.
Singer Britney Spears has been up there as one of the most beautiful women in the entertainment industry for many years now and she is still looking great. With that said though, Britney has admitted that she has to exercise a lot more these days, than she did when she was younger but she does not mind doing it.
Spears explained to Women's Health magazine, "After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape. But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I've had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically. I don't mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn't have a problem being motivated."
Britney Spears has two children, Jayden, seven, and Sean, nine, from her marriage to ex-husband Kevin Federline, which came to an end back in 2007. While Britney is now finding it much more difficult to keep the extra weight off, she is certainly doing a good job at it, as she looks fantastic.
