There are a lot of stunningly beautiful women in the world these days and a lot of them appear on our television screens and on the big screen on a regular basis, making us all feel jealous of their flawless complections and their trim figures. While some of these stars go on strict diets and hit the gym hard, to make sure that they stay in such good shape, there are others who take a different approach.
How I Met Your Mother actress Cobie Smulders is one of the most beautiful women on the face of the Earth and she always manages to look in incredible shape no matter what she is doing. Cobie appears on the cover of Self magazine, where she looks absolutely stunning, and in the accompanying interview she has revealed how she manages to stay in such great shape.
Smulders told the publication, "I know my body's limits. I've never enjoyed Spin classes, where they're like, 'Push it further!' I'm like, 'No. If I pull something, I can't work tomorrow.' That's why I gave up Bikram yoga. One day I basically found myself in a split, and I was like, 'Oh! I'm so flexible!' The next day: 'I can't move.' So I started doing Yin yoga. It's 90 minutes of intense stretching. You hold each pose for five minutes. It's a stress reliever. The warrior poses are great for building muscle."
While fans are disappointed that we are going to lose Cobie Smulders from our television screens when How I Met Your Mother comes to an end later this year, we will still get to see her in her role as Maria Hill in future Marvel movies and possibly even in future episodes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
