Take That singer and X Factor judge Gary Barlow has opened up about the issues that he faces with his weight. Gary once blew up to over 224lbs but has managed to get himself into the best shape of his life. Now though, Gary has admitted that it is difficult work to stay in such good shape and he can never let himself fall back into his bad habits of old.
Barlow told The Sun, "I still think of myself as a fat guy, I've had it under control for a few years but it's hard. I can't relax I can't ever think I'm slim.''; The 42-year-old musician turned to comfort after his failed attempts to launch a solo career when Take That split up in 1996 after six years together."
He added ''I thought my life was over. All I could think was that after going round the world, having hit after hit, the whole thing had stopped and I was actually qualified for nothing. Nothing prepares you for the fame but nothing prepares you for what happens when it all stops. People literally won't speak to you."
Things are certainly going great for Gary Barlow at the moment, who is not only enjoying huge success as a judge on The X Factor, but he is also doing very well with his music career, as he prepares to release his brand new solo album Since I Saw You Last.
