Australian actress Nicole Kidman has been one of the top actresses in Hollywood for many years now but it is her work on the stage that has had a lot of people talking recently. After a stage absence of around 15 years, Nicole returned to the stage earlier this year in London's West End production of Photograph 51, which led to the star becoming overwhelmed with nerves.
During a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar magazine, Kidman explained, "Oh, horrific. Terrifying. I don't think I could go through it again. The adrenaline is just unbearable. I don't know how athletes run races in the Olympics."
She added, "I think that fear factor has got worse as I've gotten older. There wasn't a lot of excitement at that point - I had a strong case of stage fright. Now there's a lot of exhilaration. But I just pushed myself on, which is what I tend to do in life anyway. Like there's no way out." Sounds like Nicole should stick to her movie work, much less nerve-wracking by the sounds of it.
As far as he acting career is concerned, Nicole Kidman has a number of new movie projects lined up for the coming years but there is one project in particular that has fans very excited. It was recently rumoured that Nicole will join Gal Gadot and Chris Pine in the cast of the Wonder Woman movie. Let's hope it turns out to be true.
