We would love to know what it is that they put in the water over in Australia, as we would love to get a taste of it. It seems that everyone in Australia is super talented and very good-looking, with more and more Australian stars coming over to the US every year, proving that they have what it takes to mix it with the best we have to offer.
Our One to Watch section for today will take a look at one of the young, up and coming Australian stars, who is really beginning to make a name for himself in the acting industry, and is right on the verge of becoming a huge Hollywood star. That actor is none other than the 18-year-old Australian star Kodi Smit-McPhee, who we have high hopes for in the future.
During the course of his acting career to date, we have already seen Kodi Smit-McPhee appearing in movie projects such as The Road, Let Me In, Romeo & Juliet, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, and Young Ones, as well as lending his voice to the character Norman Babcock in the animated movie ParaNorman. Kodi was most recently seen on the small screen in the mini-series Gallipoli, earlier in the year.
However, Kodi Smit-McPhee is preparing for his biggest ever movie role to date, as he takes on the role of Kurt Wagner aka Nightcrawler in the upcoming movie X-Men: Apocalypse, which is scheduled to hit the big screen on May 19, 2016 in the UK and May 27, 2016 in the US. We cannot wait!
