The music industry has given us plenty of beautiful and talented girl groups over the years, with some going on to become hugely successful on a global scale, while others have struggled to make a name for themselves in a big way. One girl group who did enjoy plenty of success on the music scene, before deciding to split up and go their own separate ways, was the very impressive The Saturdays.

The delightful Mollie King made a name for herself as a member of The Saturdays and got to travel the world with the girl group, making lots of memories and lots of hit singles along the way. Mollie has always been one of those stars that has taken great care of herself and now the singer has spoken out to give people some of her top tips about how to feel confident in yourself.
King said, "The key to feeling body confident is wearing something that flatters your figure. For me, it's important I wear styles that suit my athletic figure. But having said that, I don't think you should stick to one style. It's nice to experiment and play around. I like a skirt and something off the shoulder. I also think it's important to feel confident in sportswear. I like to wear sports clothes I feel confident in but that are also nicely fitted and look stylish. If you feel good in what you're wearing it gives you that extra boost."

As well as talking about how she likes to dress in order to feel confident in her body, Mollie King also went on to talk about the fact that she also likes to work out and make sure that she is fit, strong and healthy, especially when it comes to making sure that she has a strong core. With that said though, Mollie also went on to admit that she does not enjoy certain exercises, as they can make her feel sick.
King added, "I'd really like to improve my flexibility and core strength. I hate doing sit-ups and they make me feel physically sick but I know you need that core strength. I try to train three or four times a week. I have a personal trainer that I go to and I really enjoy boxing. Generally, I'd say I'm more of a gym bunny, because I like doing indoor activities such as boxing. But when the sun's out, I love working out in the sunshine - playing tennis on a sunny day is one of my favourite things to do."
Well it is clearly working, Molliie, as you look great.
