American supermodel Lily Aldridge has been working in the modelling industry for many years now and, while she has worked with many of the top names in the modelling world, it is fair to say that she has become best known for her work with the lingerie giants Victoria's Secret, who she has walked for in shows all over the world for many a very long time.
Lily Aldridge has been a Victoria's Secret Angel since she got her wings way back in 2010 and she is now preparing for the next big Victoria's Secret fashion show, which will take place in Shanghai, China. With Lily being one of those models who loves to be in the best possible shape at all times, the sexy star has admitted that she will take her personal trainer with her on the trip.
Aldridge said, "I work out all year long, I love to be in shape and feel good. We just ramp up the workouts closer to the show. I work out with Ballet Beautiful founder Mary Helen Bowers six times a week, sometimes twice a day leading up to the show. My trainer will be coming to China and I will train in the mornings before work."
She added, "But it's also important to relax after travelling so far. I drink lots of water and try to sleep on the plane. I always enjoy the experience leading up to the show. All the girls travelling together, hanging out at the hotel, it's like being at summer camp. I've learned to enjoy the moment. It goes by so fast."
Well it has all certainly been working well for Lily Aldridge over the years, as she has become one of the biggest, best and most successful models in the business.
